Before brushing teeth, fully extend tongue, place scraper as far back as is comfortable.
Gently but firmly pull the scraper forward to remove the coating
Repeat until almost no matter is pulled up (usually 5-10 scrapings)
Rinse the scraper with hot water in-between
When finished rinse one last time then brush your teeth
